Sizing: Our pointelle collection (Pacific, Lavender, Mariposa and Poppy) runs one size SMALL. We recommend sizing up accordingly.

Our UNDERWEAR runs LARGE. We recommend sizing DOWN. If you need assistance as to what size to order, please email info@rosette.nyc

Shipping: We ship using UPS ground and UPS worldwide. We ship worldwide.

Where is my order? Please allow 2 weeks from the time your order is placed. For any preorders, please refer to the listed dates. For all other shipping inquiries, please contact info@rosette.nyc

Payment: We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Klarna payments. All prices are shown in US dollars and all orders will be billed in USD.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please email our customer service team: info@rosette.nyc

Returns/Exchanges: We make all of our items in small quantities and unfortunately do not have the capacity to offer refunds or returns at this time. 

We are happy to offer exchanges either for product or store credit which will be granted by e-mailing info@rosette.nyc

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be processed once the return item is received.

Shipping for exchanges that we send out are also the responsibility of the customer and will be billed via invoice before we send out new items.

Exchanges are granted via customer service at info@rosette.nyc. Exchanges are accepted if the desired exchange is in stock. Items are eligible for exchange if they are un-worn, un-washed and in perfect condition. All shipping for exchanges and returns is the responsibility of the customer. 

Anything purchased on SALE is FINAL SALE and exempt from exchanges and refunds.
