Shipping: We ship using UPS ground and UPS worldwide. We ship worldwide.

Where is my order? Please allow 2 weeks from the time your order is placed. For preorders, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. For all other shipping inquiries including expedited shipping, please contact info@rosettenyc.com

Payment: We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, and Klarna payments. All prices are shown in US dollars and all orders will be billed in USD.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please email our customer service team: info@rosettenyc.com

Returns/Exchanges: We make all of our items in small quantities and unfortunately do not have the capacity to offer refunds/ returns at this time. 

We are happy to offer exchanges either for product or store credit which will be granted by e-mailing info@rosettenyc.com.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will be processed once the return item is received.

Exchanges are granted via customer service at info@rosettenyc.com. Exchanges are accepted if the desired exchange is in stock. Items are eligible for exchange if they are un-worn, un-washed and in perfect condition. All shipping for exchanges and returns is the responsibility of the customer.
